2. Printed Copies Availability
Printed copies of UJAI articles are available for institutional subscriptions, authors, and individual requests. Printed issues include all published articles for the relevant volume and issue, along with additional features such as editorial messages, review articles, and more, based on the journal’s content layout.

3. Author's Access to Printed Copies

  • Free Copies: Corresponding authors will receive one complimentary printed copy of the issue in which their article is published.

  • Additional Copies: Authors who wish to obtain additional copies may request them at a discounted rate. The cost for additional copies will depend on the number of pages, issue type, and shipping location.

4. Institutional and Individual Subscriptions

  • Institutional Subscriptions: Libraries, universities, and research institutions can subscribe to printed copies of the journal. Subscription packages are available annually or by issue, based on the institution's needs. Institutions are entitled to receive printed copies of every issue published during the subscription period.

  • Individual Subscriptions: Individuals can also subscribe to printed copies of the journal. Individual subscriptions will include printed issues for the period of subscription, with options for single-issue purchases as well.

  • Procedure for Ordering: To order printed copies, authors, institutions, and individuals must fill out the print request form available on the UJAI website. The request form should include the number of copies required, delivery address, and payment details.

  • Lead Time: Printed copies will typically be produced and dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of the request. However, lead times may vary depending on the volume of orders and shipping locations.

7. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: The price of printed copies will depend on factors such as page count, color printing, and shipping distance. Detailed pricing information will be available on the UJAI website for both authors and subscribers.

  • Payment Methods: Payments for printed copies can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or through any other payment methods supported by UJAI’s payment gateway. All payments must be received before dispatch of printed copies.
